How to raise a concern

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999 immediately.

If you have a non-emergency safeguarding concern regarding an OAK PRO HOUSING resident or service, please report it to us immediately using the button below, or by calling our safeguarding lead.

Who you can speak to

You can speak to any member of our support team. All our staff are trained to listen, take concerns seriously, and pass them to our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) immediately.

How concerns are handled

All concerns are taken seriously and recorded objectively.
Concerns are passed to our DSL within 24 hours.
We will work with local authorities and safeguarding teams to investigate and take appropriate action.
Action is taken to ensure the immediate safety and wellbeing of the individual.

We respect your privacy. Information is only shared on a strictly “need-to-know” basis to protect you or others from harm, in line with data protection laws and safeguarding protocols.
